Please add my email to whitelist

I uploaded some videos to the Theta Video platform but logged in latter to find all the videos gone. When I tried to re-upload the videos, I get a message like, "You are not allowed to access this resource".
And another message, "Join Waitlist".
Could you please add me to the whitelist:
