where to add the info?

I saw this information:

Email address for each team member
Access to working Project for judging and testing by providing a link to a website, functioning demo, or a test build

but where to add them? on the description?

    Hi , i was able to upload video to the theta network some few weeks ago but i tried today and it wasnt going through.

    i keep on getting this error "You are not authorized to access this resource"
    anyway I can get access to the api? since we have only few days to complete this hackerton
