Theta Meta-chain category requirements.

I am new to theta ecosystem and Dapp development, I have a general inquiry.

I see theta is EVM compatible, so does that mean, if i deploy my smart contract to theta test-net where i won't be using, video API or NFT Pass or any other category for now.
Does my project falls under MetaChain category if i am writing out smart contract with solidity and deploying to Theta Test-net via. Hardhat.

Or are there any specific criteria for a project to fall under Meta-Chain?
