Form of prizes

The winning prizes that are on the overview page of the event are mentioned in US dollars. It's great to see that the current valuation of one theta token. its almost equivalent to 1 USD. Just wan to confirm, will the winners be getting the rewards in USD or in theta tokens? Because in previous events, the prizes were in theta tokens.

Just saw the 2021 theta token peak on coin market cap, that was awesome. I am pretty sure, that with the amount of development and engagement being done for the platform, the rise is not far away.

Irrespective of the answer I want to ask that if theta tokens are provided, then what's the process of transferring them, into bank account. Is there a lock-in period or a maximum transfer cap on the wallet? I am not aware of theta in a broad sense, so I am not sure about the cashing out process.
